■ Final shipping of the year
Orders placed by 23:59 on Thursday, December 25, 2025
■ Closure period
Saturday, December 27, 2025 - Sunday, January 4, 2026
*During the above period, shipping operations and responses to inquiries (customer support) will be suspended.
*Inquiries received during this period will be finalized on January 5, 2026. We will respond to you in order starting from Monday.
■ New Year's shipping begins
Shipments will begin on Monday, January 5, 2026
*We will continue to accept orders during the closure period, but orders received during the closure period will be shipped in the order in which they were received after the closure period ends.
*Please note that depending on the order situation, it may take some time for your order to be shipped.
