Seamlessly from the field to the city

Based in Hokkaido, we developed mountain bike shorts together with a guide who enjoys mountain biking. We place importance on comfort while riding and practicality that allows you to wear it seamlessly from the field to the city. The material is the same thin nylon soft shell as the Headwall Hoody and Sky Pant. It combines excellent stretchability and durability, and the double weave structure allows it to be easily separated from the skin, so it is comfortable even when sweating and does not stick to the skin. By applying a water-repellent finish with "Dry Action" to this material, it is highly breathable and does not get stuffy, but it also prevents some rain and is less likely to get dirty. The inseam is the perfect length for mountain biking, and the front panel of the hem is longer to cover the kneecap. The high back structure and rubber waist make it less likely to expose the skin even when riding. The waist can be adjusted with the belt straps located on both sides to reduce pressure on the abdomen, and can be released with one touch.

FEATURES

  • Hem specifications

    The front panel of the hem is longer to cover the kneecap, and the hem length is set so that the knees do not get caught in the hem while pedaling, making it comfortable to wear even with protectors.

  • Waist specifications

    The high back structure and non-slip rubber waistband improve the fit around the waist, preventing skin exposure even when riding.

  • Waist adjustment

    The waist can be adjusted with belt straps located on both sides to reduce pressure on the abdomen while riding. It can also be released with one touch. The long waist adjustment range allows for a wide range of adjustment.

  • Thigh pocket

    The zipper pockets on both thighs are positioned so that you don't feel any stress when pedaling.

  • Rear reflector logo

    A reflective mountain lion logo is printed on the back of the hem, improving visibility when riding at night.

  • Gusset

    The gusset is positioned further forward than regular pants, taking into consideration posture and hip movement while riding, as well as the shape of the saddle, for smoother pedaling.

Dry Action Softshell

Made from durable nylon with less than 10% polyurethane, this softshell fabric offers excellent stretch and durability. Its double-weave construction keeps the fabric comfortable and stays put even when sweating. Treated with a "Dry Action" water-repellent finish, this fabric offers high water repellency while maintaining its breathability and moisture-wicking properties. Its stain-resistant properties also make it ideal for trekking pants. Teton Bros.' softshell category offers a variety of fabric weights and thicknesses depending on the product's purpose, but its spring/summer models feature a relatively thin, durable softshell fabric weighing approximately 120 g/m².

You can use regular laundry detergent to wash the product, but avoid using fabric softener as it will reduce the water-repellent properties. If you accidentally use fabric softener, rinse the product in cold or lukewarm water for about 10 minutes. Avoid using bleach as it will reduce the water-repellent properties.
