Sub Hoody
Sub Hoody
For high-intensity cold-weather activities
Unlike the SUB JACKET, which uses Stretch Octa Bonding throughout, this jacket is mapped to only those areas where warmth is needed. It is recommended for higher intensity activities and those who sweat easily. Stretch Octa Bonding is placed on the front, upper arms, and along the thick muscles of the back. The rest of the jacket is made of soft shell for excellent breathability and stretch. The hood has been designed for a snug fit, allowing you to wear a helmet over it. Not only can it be used as a mid-layer in the backcountry, but also as a standalone for trekking and mountain running. It is versatile and can be used year-round for a wide range of activities that prioritize dynamic warmth.

Stretch Octa Bonding
Developed by Teijin, "Octa" is a hollow fiber with eight radial protrusions. Compared to conventional polyester yarns, it is lightweight, easily traps dead air, and provides excellent ventilation. Previously, "Octa" was sewn to a stretch outer fabric, but "StretchOcta Bonding" directly bonds the fabric to the "Octa" fabric. This technology was jointly developed by Teijin, the developer of "Octa," and Teton Bros. Bonding eliminates the gap between the outer fabric and "Octa," allowing sweat absorbed by "Octa" to be quickly transferred to the outer fabric, where it disperses and dries. This allows for ideal dynamic warmth. Furthermore, the outer fabric and "Octa" do not slip, resulting in a better fit. Another major benefit is improved mobility without compromising the stretch of the outer fabric.
If you wash your garment yourself, please use a neutral detergent. Surfactants will significantly reduce the water-repellent properties of the fabric surface. Also, be sure to rinse thoroughly to remove any detergent residue.
