Reduces the risk of cold sweat

The MOB Wool base layer, designed to prevent the uncomfortable and dangerous chill of sweat during harsh winters, has been improved. The knit structure has been revised to stabilize the fabric, wicking sweat away from the skin more quickly and improving warmth. It's also slightly lighter. The soft knit is highly breathable, allowing excess heat and moisture to be quickly expelled by removing the shell or opening the ventilation. The classic hoodie features a three-dimensional cut for a snug fit, and the hood can also be used as a balaclava. The women's model features a pattern tailored to the female body.

  • Three-dimensional cutting

In addition to being a soft, stretchy knit, the three-dimensional cut allows it to move with your body without stress.
  • Flat Seamer

The patterning minimizes the number of seams and maximizes the stretch of the fabric. All seams are flat-seamed for a comfortable feel against the skin.
  • Fabric (skin side)

The surface that comes into contact with the skin is made of a hydrophobic polypropylene material that does not absorb moisture, woven into a frame shape. This season, the shape of the frame has been changed from a diamond to a hexagon, greatly improving heat retention and quick-drying properties.
  • Fabric structure

The softly woven fabric traps plenty of air, which keeps you warm when layered. The fabric has many gaps, allowing for breathability and ventilation, allowing you to cool down quickly.

MOB Wool

While hydrophobic polypropylene (PP) undershirts are extremely effective at preventing sweat chills, they often require the addition of a separate wool or synthetic base layer to manage sweat. The "MOB WOOL" base layer solves this problem with a single piece. Made from 89% merino wool and 11% PP, the frame-shaped PP material in contact with the skin quickly wicks moisture away from the skin and diffuses it into the wool, promoting drying. The softly knitted merino wool knit traps dead air for superior warmth. Its breathability provides excellent ventilation, allowing excess heat and moisture to escape the moment you remove the shell, keeping your skin dry at all times.

Hand wash with mild detergent in water below 30°C. Higher temperatures than 30°C are strictly prohibited. Higher temperatures can cause shrinkage and damage to the fabric. To remove dirt, gently press the entire garment while washing. Avoid rubbing the garment as much as possible. After a quick wash, change the water and rinse. Washing and rinsing should be done quickly. Aim for about 3-5 minutes total. Leaving the garment in water for too long can cause the fibers to stiffen and felt. After washing, gently press the garment with a large towel to remove excess water. Dry flat in a cool, well-ventilated place. Never use a dryer. Polypropylene, in particular, is very susceptible to high temperatures, but its low thermal conductivity makes it excellent for retaining body heat (Axio). Merino wool shrinks because the scales on its surface open up when wet. If the fabric is rubbed or subjected to force while open, the fibers become tangled. If the fabric dries in a tangled state and the scales close, the entire fabric will shrink and become hard. This shrinkage is called "felting shrinkage," and it is more likely to occur the higher the water temperature.
