Taking advantage of the update to TETON BROS.'s unique "Stretch Octa Bonding," we've also redesigned the SLICK HOODY, which makes the most of the fabric's features. By reducing the number of visible stitches, we've reduced the risk of damage from friction. This results in a cleaner look and a lighter weight.
Stretch Octa Bonding is applied to the front of the body and from the shoulders to the upper arms. The back is made of a single piece of stretch nylon fabric for increased breathability and to prevent overheating even when carrying a backpack.
This genderless model, available in sizes starting from XS, is perfect as an outer or mid-layer thanks to its Active Warmth technology, which maintains a comfortable temperature inside the garment, neither too hot nor too cold, making it a valuable piece to wear year-round.

袖口にはストレッチ性と速乾性に優れる素材のサムアンカーを備える。手首にしっかりフィットし、外気の侵入を防ぐ。また、シェルの袖口のベルクロと干渉しないため、レイヤリング時も快適。 -

優れた動的保温性と着用感を両立する「Stretch Octa Bonding」をボディ前面と肩から腕の上部にマッピング。オーバーヒートを防ぎつつ、適度な保温性を維持。
Stretch Octa Bonding
帝人が開発した「Octa」は、８本の放射状の突起を持つ中空糸です。従来のポリエステル糸と比較して、軽量でデッドエアを溜めやすく、換気効果に優れています。
従来は、この「Octa」をストレッチ性のある表生地に縫い付けていましたが、これを直接ボンディングで一体化させたのが「Stretch Octa Bonding」です。「Octa」を開発した帝人とTETON BROS.が共同で開発しました。
ボンディングによって表生地と「Octa」の間にあった隙間がなくなり、「Octa」が吸い上げた汗の水分を素早く表生地に移して拡散・乾燥。理想的な動的保温が可能になりました。また、表生地と「Octa」がズレないため、着用時のフィット感も高まります。表生地のストレッチ性を損なわず、運動性が向上するのも大きなメリットです。
ご自身でお洗濯をされる際には、中性洗剤を使用してください。界面活性剤は、生地表面の撥水機能を著しく低下させます。また、すすぎを十分に行い洗剤の残留のないようにしてください。
