"Axio" is a special twisted yarn made by covering the outside of a spirally twisted polyester fiber with wool fibers. It retains the benefits of wool, such as a soft feel, moisture control, and odor resistance, while adding the quick-drying properties and durability of polyester.
TETON BROS. has tuned this "Axio" in a unique way, giving it superior sweat absorption and diffusion properties that no other company can match. "Axio Lite" is a fabric made by weaving TETON BROS.'s original "Axio" and polyester in a border pattern, making it the ideal hybrid wool with improved diffusion properties, durability, and ease of handling. The border pattern fabric is thin but not see-through.
Hoodies are not only effective for keeping you warm, but also for preventing sunburn in the summer. Avoiding the sun's rays also helps prevent energy loss. The double-layered hood follows the movement of your face and doesn't feel tight even when wearing a cap or helmet.

Axio Lite
"Axio" is a hybrid material born in Oshu, a world-famous wool-producing region. Wool is wrapped around a polyester core to create the yarn. The wool outer layer provides the comfort, moisture-regulating, warmth-retaining, and odor-resistant properties of wool. It also boasts the sweat-wicking, quick-drying, and durability properties of polyester. The "Axio" used by Teton Bros. is made by modifying the polyester core to have an irregular cross-section, which is then processed after fabricization to enhance its quick-drying properties, improving its moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. "Axio Lite" is a fabric that combines this original "Axio" with polyester. This season, "Axio" and polyester are alternately knitted in a border pattern, further improving its diffusion and stretch properties. The uneven border refracts light, making it less see-through even in thin fabrics, making it more comfortable for women to wear.
Hand wash with mild detergent in water below 30°C. Higher temperatures than 30°C are strictly prohibited. Higher temperatures can cause shrinkage and damage to the fabric. To remove dirt, gently press the entire garment while washing. Avoid rubbing the garment as much as possible. After a quick wash, change the water and rinse. Washing and rinsing should be done quickly. Aim for about 3-5 minutes total. Leaving the garment in water for too long can cause the fibers to stiffen and felt. After washing, gently press the garment with a large towel to remove excess water. Dry flat in a cool, well-ventilated place. Never use a dryer. Polypropylene, in particular, is very susceptible to high temperatures, but its low thermal conductivity makes it excellent for retaining body heat (Axio). Merino wool shrinks because the scales on its surface open up when wet. If the fabric is rubbed or subjected to force while open, the fibers become tangled. If the fabric dries in a tangled state and the scales close, the entire fabric will shrink and become hard. This shrinkage is called "felting shrinkage," and it is more likely to occur the higher the water temperature.
